I loved selecting my favorite colorful leaves for school projects and painting pine cones!
Magnificent rows of trees are changing differently thus creating a spectacular rainbow effect!
It is an awesome time to embrace long walks even when it rains! Time to curl up to a cozy fire!
When skies transform from slate grey to a brilliant blue and the clouds hang low, it is a great time to read your favorite novel while zipping on some hot cocoa!
The sky is constantly shifting to a gloomy overcast or exploding into the last rays of summer sunshine!

My Beloved Husband Dick and I were at Kaiser at 6:00 A.M. meeting with the top Oncologist who just informed us that Dick had less than a month to live!
We were in shock to hear this devastating news!
When we entered the lab for blood work, we were in disbelief to witness the 911 tragedy that was airing on all local television! channels!
